Félix Rhéaume

Director

Félix is Vice-President, Communications and External Relations at the Federation of Quebec Chambers of Commerce. He's been working in business, government and communications for over 10 years. A fine strategist and seasoned manager, he has held several positions in the Quebec government. He was notably Strategic Planning Advisor to the Quebec Prime Minister Office and Chief of Staff to the Indigenous Affairs Minister from 2016 to 2018. He then served as Director of Communications in the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition from 2018 to 2019.

 

A seasoned writer, he's produced numerous speeches and published open letters in various newspapers.

 

A lawyer by training and member of the Quebec Bar since 2008, Félix played an active role in the Commission of Inquiry on the Awarding and Management of Public Contracts in the Construction Industry (Charbonneau commission) as a representative of the Quebec Liberal Party.

 

Holder of a Masters in International Relations from Jean-Moulin University in Lyon and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sherbrooke, he also completed a London School of Economics and Political Science online certificate (MBA essentials).
